About the job
For our client we are looking for a System Administrator and Facilities Assistant. This is a dual function with the following responsibilities:
Facilities Assistant (6 hours per week)
- Picking up and dropping off employees and guests; ;
- Transferring and/or moving packages;
- Rearranging, fixing, moving furniture;;
- Fixing and arranging non-IT equipment within the company's premises.
System Administrator (average 17 hours per week)
Controlling and/or maintaining different servers in The Netherlands and in Africa.
Network administrator
- User administrator: supporting existing users for our branches worldwide
and maintaining the following applications: Exact Globe, Windows
2000/XP/Vista/7, Microsoft Office, OTYS, NetApp, XenApp, XenCenter, Citrix and our own website;
- Security Administrator;
- Printers administrator;
- Citrix Administration.
IT management (an average 17 hours per week)
Responsible for cost reduction in the following:
- IT Services: buying and preparing equipment (laptops, desktops, mobile
phones, repairing equipment, preparing new users, etc.);
- Mobile phones and landlines;
- Optimizing costs and services in general.
