Inside Sales Representative German speaking in LISSE

About the job

The Inside Sales Representative will be assigned to outbound telesales campaigns with the objective to identify and qualify opportunities with prospects and ex customers. For each campaign a selling proposition will be developed which will be used to generate interest with the decision maker and help the Inside Sales Representative to engage into a sales talk over the phone. Depending on the proposition the goal will be to close deals over the phone or to set up appointments for our direct sales managers once the opportunity has been professionally qualified by the Inside Sales expert.

The main objective of the TelesSales department is the new customer acquisition and support of the direct sales team in getting appointments with decision makers.

The new established TeleSales Department consists of 3 Representatives based in The Netherlands, 1 in the USA. The Representatives will report to the Sales & Marketing Director.

Competence required:
• Cold calling and identifyingthe appropriate contact person
• Dealing professionally with gatekeepers
• Generating interest over the phone
• Identifying a need by asking qualifying questions
• Qualifying a sales opportunity and driving it forward
• Handling and overcoming objections
• Building rapport with decision makers over the phone
• Closing deals for “simpler” products and service
• Making appointments for direct sales manager for more complex products and services

Your profile
• Higher education level qualification (Dutch: HBO)
• At least 2 years working experience in a comparable environment
• 1st LanguageGerman
• 2nd Language English (spoken and written) another extra language is preferred
• Sales driven, commercial thinker
• Excellent telephone sales skills
• Ability to use own initiative to ensure success
• Experiences with CRM solution – Salesforce a strong plus
• Experiences in coordinating campaigns and a small team a plus
