About the job
As an HR administrator you:
• Will be responsible as first-line representative to all employees in Belgium and Luxembourg
• Ensure excellent communication with employees. You should be able to answer general HR questions from employees by email or by phone in Dutch, French and in English
• Are responsible for preparing and sending out the employment agreements and all additional documents; Special leave administration: maternity leave, parental leave, etc.; Staff administration: responsible for setting up, completing and maintaining the employee personnel files and the HR database
Job requirements
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch
• Strong communication skills, ability to build good working relationships, orderly
• Minimum educational level is vocational administrative or secretarial
• Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience
