About the job

You are the first point of contact for clients. You answer their questions and provide them with information. Where possible you solve (technical) problems.
As a support consultant you analyse and document reported errors in the software.
You proactively monitor the progress surrounding reported issues and you keep the client informed.
With the rest of the team you make sure that processes concerning issue resolving andthe information supply to customers are improved where possible

Job requirements

  • A college degree preferably in IT or a similarly technical course
    - Experience in customer service
    - a stress resistant, flexible and accurate personality
    - proven ability to work independently
    - Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library is a definite plus
    - Native speaker of German
    - Living in or near Nijmegen
