We are looking for an online marketing specialist who is passionate, service-oriented with a strong foundation in online marketing, social media and online content writing. As well as having relevant business experience he or she will have a demonstrated passion for social networking, blogging etc.
You will lead the execution of our online marketing strategy. The Online Marketing specialist will be a member of the global marketing team and reports to the Sales & Marketing Director
Essential responsibilities :
• research, development and implementation of social media marketing to improve our brand visibility
• drive promotional offerings and overall online presence.
• monitor, analyze and regularly engage in direct social media activities with respect to company initiatives, product and service portfolio, offline activities and special promotions.
• manage website analytics, SEO, SMM and content writing.
• establish and maintain positive working relationships with key bloggers and social media influencers in our client’s segment
• proactively identify opportunities to strengthen our (online) position.
• develop an understanding of trends in social media and evolving online behavior and position the company to act on emerging topics and competitive trends to develop a social media engagement strategy to support all corporate communications activities
• masterize in maintaining websites, developing campaign based landing pages, (micro) blogging and engaged in social media networks in a B2B environment

Job requirements
Required qualifications, experience and skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in writing, marketing, communication, journalism or related field
• At least 2-3 years of online marketing or corporate communications experience
• At least 1 year of social media marketing experience, preferably in the B2B space
• Strong knowledge of social media sites (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogs),
• Demonstrated passion for social networking; including use of different media, blogging
• Clear examples of using analytical skills to reach larger and more relevant audiences
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Excellent communication skills, particularly written in English (e.g. articles, campaign messages, case studies)
• Ability to grasp new technologies quickly
• Enthusiasm for exceeding customer expectations and strong relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a hands-on attitude
• Great initiative and a high level of motivation with a continued willingness to develop new skills
• Fluent or native in English
• Experiences with SEO and SEM, Knowledge of HTML and basic web design. Experience in developing videos, Experiences with Drupal, Woopra and Disqus is a plus.
