Fluent in French and Dutch and looking for a part-time position in sales support?

For an international company in Rijen we are looking for a customer service representative Benelux.

Amongst your responsibilities are:
- Answering customer queries
- Processing customer orders
- Invoicing
- Handling complaints concerning deliveries, invoices, products etc.
- Administrative support in the repair procedure
- Handling guarantee cards
- Managing daily stock E-commerce
- Monthly reporting


What we offer

Part time and permanent position for 16 hrs. / week (Thursdays and Fridays)

Job requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in French, Dutch and English
    - At least 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in a customer service role
    - Client-minded attitude, good organisational and multitasking skills
    - Experienced in MS Office
