Customer Service Representative for the UK and Dutch market in HAZERSWOUDE RIJNDIJK

About the job

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, quoting, customer order handling and processing and providing after-sales service. Your tasks will include:
• Fulfillment of customer inquiries (Stock, Price, Deliveries. Technical questions etc.)
• Sales Price management
• Manage customer order intake
• Manage customer order processing
• Pro-actively inform customers on product/ price changes
• Pro-actively inform customers on delivery schedule changes or other aspects of service impact
• Order Entry
• Complaint/ Claim Entry
• Return Shipment Entry
• Credit Note creation
• Escalation of service issues
• Execute and follow-up Sales Process/ Actions
• Manage Non-Standard product requests
• Updating of CRM databases

What we offer

A 6 month contract with view to extension and a salary of € 2200,- gross a month based on full-time employment.

Job requirements

We are looking for a (near) native English speaker with excellent command of the Dutch language.Knolwedge of Spanish, French or Italian would be a plus.It is essential that you have good administrative, communication & commercial skills.
