The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, quoting, customer order handling and processing and providing after-sales service. Your tasks will include:• Fulfillment of customer inquiries (Stock, Price, Deliveries. Technical questions etc.)• Sales Price management• Manage customer order intake• Manage customer order processing• Pro-actively inform customers on product/ price changes• Pro-actively inform customers on delivery schedule changes or other aspects of service impact• Order Entry• Complaint/ Claim Entry• Return Shipment Entry• Credit Note creation• Escalation of service issues• Execute and follow-up Sales Process/ Actions• Manage Non-Standard product requests• Updating of CRM databases
A 6 month contract with view to extension and a salary of € 2200,- gross a month based on full-time employment.
