Sales Support & Order Management Representative speaking German (temporary) in EINDHOVEN

About the job

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide sales support and order management to area manager(s) and agents and own all relevant processes related to bookings/shipments for a specific region. You will also act as back-up to Service Operations related activities. The position is for the duration of 6 to 8 months and is based in Eindhoven.

Upon receipt of a customer order, you will review and clarify all aspects of a transaction in close cooperation with sales, Agents, Account, Finance, Legal and other relevant disciplines. You will act as the central point of contact between all these departments and your customer.
You will make sure that the order that you process is in line with the companies' last proposal match and you will initiate corrective actions when applicable. You will process all information and ensure that the order desks are informed in time to meet requested shipping dates, which means that you are responsible for the order from A to Z, including invoicing
on agreed billing terms. You will be in close contact with Accounts Receivable to determine billing issues and deliver resolution with team, ensure credit notes are validated and correctly processed, and ensure team maintains records regarding customer returns, deliveries, changes, pricing, and return credit problems. You will manage communication with Accounts/Agents and inform involved parties on shipment planning and monitor revenue planning.

Job requirements

A high level of English and German is required for this position.
Typically requires 3 years of experience. Academic level is preferred or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Respects different cultures from all regions dealing with.
MFGPRO knowledge and/or CRM and Booking process experience will be highly considered. Knowledge about typical systems used for doing export business with Agents such as MAXTRAD (Bank Guarantees) or Protect (Export control) is preferred. Specific knowledge on export transactions obtained via basic education or additional training like FENEDEX courses.
