We also work with an advanced IT recruitment system with an online connection between all Dutch offices. Each vacancy or candidate is known to all our offices locally, regionally and even nationally. As a result, a suitable candidate can be presented within the wink of an eye.
 
Unique Multilingual relies on a thorough selection process to achieve the right match. For example, interviews are held by experienced International Consultants, with the help of resources such as the personal profile analysis and/ or Mentality Match, a selection tool that charts the competencies of a candidate in advance. In addition, we always check one or more references.
