What exactly are you going to do

Are you talking French and do you live in the area of Hapert/Eindhoven? Then we are looking for you!

For our really nice partner in Bladel, which operates Internationally, we are looking for you in the sales support.
It's a fulltime office job in Bladel (close to Belgium/Eindhoven/Valkenswaard/Veldhoven). But you need a car or live close. Public transport from the big cities to Bladel, is challanging.

Do you like to manage orders, received into the factory? Then, you are our perfect match!

What are you going to do?
You are going to work in an really informal- (but also professional enviroment to clients), where you can learn a lot. But also have a lot of fun. And you are also helping clients. How nice!?

Your responsibilities are varied. Which makes the role very nice but also let the day go very quickly.
You work with nice colleages at the office and work together with your colleagues from the production for the best results!

It's nice/needed to have experience in an industrial enviroment. The job is responsible and challenging namely.
You ensure customers’ expectations are met throughout the process to final delivery.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Receive customer orders and process any special requirements;
  • Plan orders based on capacity given by production to achieve the best possible dates for our customers;
  • Discuss special requirements internally and liaise with Customer;
  • Process order changes;
  • Check progress of orders in production and advise customers of any ship date changes;
  • Support our Customers for any enquiries;
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Job Requirements

  • You master the English & French language in both writing and speech(essential);
  • You have IT skills, including Microsoft Office;
  • You are flexible and fulltime available in an office job;
  • You are highly organised, with the ability to work under pressure ensuring tight deadlines are met;
  • You have excellent communication skills and are able to communicate across all departments and at all levels in organisations;

At least, our partner is looking for you is you are capable of working on own initiative and be proactively as part of a team. You work together a lot with your colleagues from your department, but also with your colleagues of the production.

About the company

Our partner is an International company which makes things for the oil and gass industry. They make tanks but also payment machines & displays for in the shops of gass stations. The making process of the parts is technical and the culture is very personal. The company has eye for their employees and finds it important, people have fun and feel well in what they do.
