Customer Service is responsible for: Ensures that our internal and external customers are taken care of according to the Amgen’s policies and proceduresEnsures orders are processed according to customer instruction and conditions, local export/import requirementsProvides excellent customer and product service; ensures customers are satisfiedProcessing of sales orders on a daily basisMonitoring shipments and pro-actively respond on potential issuesHandle and resolve customer complaintsHandle and resolve service and transport issuesCoordinate and execute return processDevelop and maintain good relationships with internal/external customers (affiliate,physician, pharmacist, wholesaler, hospital, distributor etc and the ABR departments)Develop and maintain good relationship with (local) service providersStock monitoring Local Service ProvidersRepresent Customer Service in cross functional project teamsEnsure country specific support during business hours including call handlingWithin self-steering teams responsible for the day-to-day businessProvide back-up support within self-steering teamsIdentify process improvementsProvide input for the monthly country KPIs and month end closingEnsure knowledge of GMP/GDP and job related training is up to date
