Customer Service responsible for: - Customer Service and distribution issues - Customer complaints process - Coordination of returns - Replenishment process - Sales orders process - Backup for local customer service organizations - Timely update of manuals and processes - Information flow to customer regarding Questions on Products Additional Information Key Activities - Processing of sales orders on a daily basis - Monitoring shipments and pro-actively respond on potential issues - Communicate clearly to colleague Customer Service and Traffic Coordinator what status is - Communicate with local Customer Service organizations on potential issues - Identify possible improvements in processes - Represent Customer Service in cross functional project teams - Create and revise controlled documents and manuals. - Receive training on the company procedures, processes and products to assure a high level of service - Ensure support center is at any time covering the languages supported - Develop and maintain good relationships with internal/external customers - Develop and maintain good relationship with service providers - Handle and resolve customer complaints
